Candace was born and raised right here in this beautiful state of South Carolina. Candace has three children whom she loves and adores; Josh, Sydney and TJ. Sydney and TJ are both currently attending college and Josh is working hard & chasing his dreams. She is so very proud of each of them!

As a native to the coastal shores of SC, Candace was brought to Greenwood in an effort to help and guide others in the rebuilding of their lives. She is a dedicated person with a strong desire to help others and a passion for making things happen. Candace prides herself in getting results with the smoothest transition possible. She basically becomes your eyes, ears and hands and is happy to help you in anyway she can. She has numerous contacts and friends locally to help with all the needs a new property has to offer (especially if you are doing this from out of town). She puts her heart and soul into making sure that you have the best possible experience.I initially came down to the lake to check out a plot of land. Fortunately for me Candace was the listing agent and met me at the property. I did not have an agent at the time and Candace put zero pressure on me to work with her or buy the plot. At her invitation I returned 4 days later to view some other properties, but this time from her boat.
